Chances for UC Undergrad (specifically UCLA, UCSD, and UC Berkely)

Hello everyone, this is my first post so please bear with my ignorance for I am only a new member of this forum site.
-I do not intend to convey a pity story/excuse for an excuse is always an excuse, however my Junior year, alot of events were going on. My mother, who is aged, is starting to become more weary and weak(she had recently had a appendicitis surgery), therefore most of the time I would have to care for her and provide for my mother, little sister, and father( when he visited for a couple of days). At school, the teachers only had a summer's worth of course training for the IB; most of the time their guidance was below sufficient compared to the International Bacc. assessment standards. I was also a common target of social ridicule amongst my peers. I am interested in going to these schools because I believe their research facilities will extend my opportunities and potential as a person and a scholar. Thank you, and please, give me your honest criticism about my current status.

O yeah, I also speak, read, and write Korean at a mid-average level.

your grades in the 11th grade are low but since you have a legitimate reason be sure to explain that.
u will need to do well in your 12th grade exams.considering your current sat score and ib scores i think you should be good for ucsd while ucla will be a high match and ucb a low reach.

UCB: reach
UCLA: reach
UCSD: high match

Bump! Please, the more responses, the more solid my certainty is
