Chances for UCI, UCLA, UC Berkeley

Hi, I am currently distressed about my current situation. I’ve been waitlisted for UC Davis, rejected by UCSB, and accepted to UC Riverside. Here are my stats:
Class Rank - 46/365
GPA - 4.4 Weighted, 3.7 Unweighted
1420 SAT
720 SAT II Math
5 - Calc AB AP exam
4 - AP USH
3 - AP BIO
3 - AP EURO
3 - AP Lang
Activities - Volunteered for LA Natural History Museum (60 hours); Worked in an internship as a student writer for the Korea Times (60 hours); was President of Model United Nations Club (2 student years, 11th and 12 grade); Awarded Honors with Distinction every year.
Grades:
1 C
rest are Bs/As (too lazy to write them all out lul)
If anyone wants more information regarding my grades, ill post if need be. I just want some kind of response to see where I’m heading.

What is your UC Capped weighted GPA? Applied Major?

All I can do quote the admission stats since the quality of your essays and EC’s are very subjective.

2019 Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19 capped weighted and not major specific:

UCLA: 7%
UCI: 35%

with a 3.9 capped, all of the ones you list are reaches.
