Chances for UCLA. Please! I really need some honest opinions

So, my absolute dream school is UCLA, and it's barely December, but I just kind of want to be mentally prepared for either an acceptance or rejection. I'll just list my qualifications and just answer honestly. I just really want to know...
-California Resident
-ELC
-3.8 GPA
-I've been a Youth Leader at my church since freshman year, so I basically plan all the events and help run them. This year I've been in charge of a lot
-Once I month I distribute food to the homeless
-Njrotc for 2 years. I was a chief and supply officer
-Key club for two years
-Yearbook Club for 2years. I'm in charge of all the equipment
-first generation college student, both my parents are immigrant from Central America
-honors classes since freshman year.
-1 AP in 10th grade, 2 AP's in 11th and 2 in 12th
-volunteered at the VFW serving breakfast for 2 years once a month
-volunteer janitor for my church and churches in my area
-so yeah, I have a lot of community service hours lol
-two pretty solid personal statements: 1 is kind of silly, it's just about not fitting in with my family because they have all the same personality and don't really like my personality but I tied it in with the fact that UC's are all so diverse socially and culturally so I would be a good fit. My second is about handing out foo to the homeless and how it made me look at volunteer work in a different light, I mentioned my low income background.
-the only problem is my ACT scores... I already didn't do so well in the one I took, so I'm taking it tomorrow but to be honest, I doubt I'll do much better. I'm hoping to get at least a 27 but I might be a few points off.
So yeah that's basically it. And I'm a girl, but idk if that matters lol
