I'm worrying about college applications for next year. UCLA is a school I'm very interested in. Of course I have my back ups but I want to know if I have a chance and if anyone who has been through the process has any advice for how to improve my chances. Here is my information:

Junior in High School
Weighted GPA:3.7
Unweighted GPA: 3.5
I made dramatic improvement from a 3.3 average last year to a 4.3 this year.
SAT: 1650
I am retaking this soon
ACT:25
Retaking as well

Extra Curriculars:
Persian Club Founder/ President
Youth and Government Delegation Vice President
Senior Class Secretary
School Ambassador Committee Chair
Political Action Committee Chair
Comrades (group that helps special needs children)
Youth and Government delegate (3 years)
High school swim team (will be doing 4 years)
Key Club
Junior Swim Coach
Volunteering at food drives and libraries

I know I'm on the lower end of applicants but with UCLA being so random with who they admit, I feel like I may still have a chance. Again, please let me know your thoughts and comments. Thank you!
