Chances for UCs, Boston University, UChicago, UMichigan?

Hey guys :)

So I'm currently a female Canadian high school student in Grade 12

I was in a program for my grade 9 & 10 years that allowed me to accelerate quite a bit.. the minimum requirement of credits that I need to graduate from my school is 80, but I'll have 120, closer to 130 credits by the end of this year.

SAT scores: 2140 (CR 720, M 730, WR 690) - first and only time taking it
Unfortunately don't have any SAT II scores

AP: Psychology (5), will be taking Calc AB or BC (TBD), possibly self-studying Chem

Overall average: 95%
Rank: 2nd out of 350, share this position with a few others
Best subjects include Bio 12 and Pre-Calculus 12 (99%), and I've got a pretty good diversity of courses

ECs include:
- Club Soccer, 13 years
- used to play lacrosse until jaw surgery few years ago, 7 years
- volunteer for a multitude of places (local farmer's market, Canadian Cancer Society, local festivals, art centers)
- Me to We Club - 4 years
- Student Council - 2 years
- a school leadership group - 2 years
- Shad Valley participant (4 week science, engineering, entrepreneurship program at a Canadian uni - it's a pretty big thing)
- referee youth soccer games
- summer internship with a credit union
- Band - 7 years

Working on my essays right now, I'm an okay writer. I'm definitely going to get a few people I trust to read and attack them though.

OH yeah, and I'm an American citizen

Thinking of studying science, or engineering.

Applying for Queen's, UofToronto, UofWaterloo, UBC for Canadian schools

Chances of getting into:
UCSD, UCLA, UCI?

Am I reaching too far for BU, UC Berkeley, UChicago, Michigan? And if so, any recommendations of schools to apply to?
