Chances for UCSD, UCI, UCD, UCLA, and a few Canadian schools

I'm currently a junior and I'm pretty much hoping to get into any of the above UCs and the following Canadian schools:

University of British Columbia - Vancouver campus
University of Toronto - St. George Campus
McGill
University of Calgary

GPA: 3.52UW/3.85W/3.93UC

SAT: 2100

AP scores: haven't gotten any of them back yet but I'm expected at least 4s on all of my ap courses (APUSH, AP chem, AP stats, AP Lit)

Ecs:
Mock Trial - 3 yrs (Vice President)
LEGO club - 2 yrs (President)
Asian club - 2yrs (secretary)
NHS - 1 yr
Swimming - 3 yrs (coach's award one year, MVP the year after)
Orchestra - 2 years (played the double bass)
Science Alliance - 1 yr
CSF - 3 yrs
Interact - 3 yrs
I also help out at a dental practise on the weekends

I have a really low GPA for someone who's taken 6 weighted courses, which worries me the most. Typically, I'm a straight A student, this year... let's just say there were personal issues which I intend to address in my personal statement. I know I have low chances for UCLA and McGill, but I'm really targeting UBC-Va or UCSD.

Also- I just took the SAT II for US HIstory, Chem, Physics. I’m not expecting good scores so I’ll probably actually study this summer and then retake them in the fall.

Oh, and is it a good idea to take Math Level II? I really don’t want to, just because everyone takes it and even if you get an 800, that’s still only top 20th percentile…
