Chances for UF,FSU,UCF? (UF GPA)

I know that UF has their own GPA, but I'm not sure how to calculate it. Do I include DE electives (Intro to computer science, Principles of Finance, Intro to computer app, College Survival skills, etc). I know that core classes count but my GPA is slightly inflated by the amount of DE classes I've taken. Anyway, here are my stats:

Weighted GPA- 4.32 (10 AP, 10 DE)
Unweighted- 3.67
SAT- 1580
ACT (+Writing)-28

-too lazy to mention where the rest of it came from on here.. :/

I am not eligible for Financial Aid because my family's income is above average. With that said, will that affect my admission?

Also, I'm well aware that my SAT scores are fairly poor and I plan on taking it my FOURTH try, but I am reconsidering because my ACT seems to be high enough.

Would anyone like to answer?

I’m pretty sure you will get into UF, you have a great GPA, and great extra-curricular activities. Have you considered any Out-of-state or Private Universities?

No, my test scores are too low.
