Hello everybody I'm new here but was wondering if I could have some collective help in determining possible chances of getting in to college!

A few words about me:
I'm Mexican American. My parents were born in Mexico BUT they both attended college in California. My mother is a UC Berkeley Alum and my father went to a Cal State. I attend a very small medical magnet-school (It is a California Distinguished School, as well). There are about 600 students (About 150 per grade level). We have very little course flexibility and there are only 8 AP classes available to take (Of which I took 6). I'm worried because I don't have the best academic record, but I hope my ECs make up for it (My guess is I could have a better academic record if I wasn't so involved elsewhere).

School:
SAT I: 1860
ACT: 28 (I honestly think everybody should take the ACT instead of the SAT imo)
SAT II: None
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.75
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): 12/130
AP (score in parenthesis): APEnglish 11 (3), Bio (3), US (4)
IB (in parenthesis): None
Senior Year Course Load: AP Lit, AP Calc, Medical Ethics, AP Psych, Physics
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): Unfortunately None

Life outside of school:

Extracurriculars:

Boy Scout (6 years, Rank of Life Scout)
I do extensive work in Scouting. We meet every week and have events such as volunteer work and campouts/outings on the weekends.
Also, I'm part of the troop color guard which has performed on live television several times (SF Giants games, and other functions) We practiced extensively to become good enough to perform live.
Scouting Volunteer hours included (150+)

Soccer
I have played since I was 5 (I'm 17 now, too lazy for math aha). And have played on a club team for the past 4 years (played at state level competitions). One thing to note is I have been invited to try out for the Seattle Sounders Under-23 team this March.

Interact Club (3 years) (Volunteer hours ~50)
Debate Club (2 years)
Soccer Club (1 year)

Total Volunteer/Community service:
~200 Hours

Job/Work Experience:

United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Referee
I got my ref license in the summer of 2012. I have a Grade 8 license (Grades 10 to 1) which allows me to ref local competitive leagues and competitions.
I worked every week from July-October, for about 10 hours a week. I work less now because winter is off season so it's difficult to find work as a ref due to lack of games.
