could someone please tell me if i have a chance?
white, out of state, female public school student
GPA: 3.3 unweighted, 3.78 weighted
NMSQT semi-finalist (PSAT: 228)
SAT 1 scores
writing: 720, reading: 800, math: 700
I plan to take 2 sat 2's in the fall
AP's: government, macro/micro economic, world history, english language & comp, environmental science, english literature, biology, psychology, and german.
EC's: habitat for humanity, NAHS, german club, 10 years of piano lessons, varsity indoor and outdoor track
class rank: with a 3.3 gpa, i will most likely be in the bottom 50% of my class. it's sad, but my school is ridiculous.
My school is very challenging and i'm worried that my low class rank and gpa will hurt my chances of being accepted. what are my chances for university of delaware and penn state admissions? would applying early decision help?

My brother got into Penn State with (I think) a 3.85 weighted GPA last year…
But he was in state, and I know that he ALMOST didn’t make it on main campus.
(The nly thing that matters is GPA and test scores)

I have no idea about delaware though. Definitely apply to Penn State ASAP!
