I am a Texas resident. I have been accepted to A&M, and I know Austin is more competitive, but does getting into A&M mean I have a shot at UT Austin?
My major is Applied Learning and Development Early Childhood-6th grade...some know that as an Elementary Ed degree.

I got a 1950 on SAT and 29 ACT. I know those aren't exactly impressive, but they are both a bit higher than the averages for the College of Education.

I have decent activities. Tennis through school and outside, NHS, a few clubs I'm involved in (President of one of them) but I actually participate in them and tried to empathize that rather than some who just join to put it on their apps. Also have done outside of school volunteering.

My part time job is related to the education field. I work as a teacher's assistant. Tried to show that I truly want to be a teacher.

I had a Topic C essays speaking about some family and personal hardships.

Any chances whatsoever?
