Chances for UT Austin - Spring 2018 / Late Application

Due to a misunderstanding by an UTA officer, I couldn’t deliver all the documents by the deadline.

I’m an international student applying for undergraduate international transfer - psychology major.

Nationallity: Brazilian
Race: Latino/White (not sure what you guys consider latino lol)
GPA: 3.66/4.00 - UTA said they don’t convert international grades to a 4pt scale so my average is between A and B+ (A-, although they don’t consider A- for evaluating)/ never got a grade below B. 60+ credit hours
ECs: 1 year of work in real estate, 2 years assisting in research group, 6 months of tutoring at my current university, 6 months of volunteer work on research - that’s what I could fit in the applytexas form
Essays: TOPIC A (SoP); TOPIC E - Both are really good
Recommendation Letters: 2 letters from prestiged researchers and professors - they both have PhD and multiple publications abroad.

Given the fact that I’m technically a late application, what do you think my chances are? By the way it seems the board hasn’t started the reviewing process for apps yet.

No one?

standardized test scores?

Hard to deal without standardized test scores, I’d say your odds aren’t too good though. Also UT Austin is not called UTA, that is UT-Arlington, UT Austin is just UT.

TOEFL score: 95; their requirement is a score of 79. They do not require any specific scores in writing, speaking, reading or listening.

UPDATE: I speak 4 languages. My English level is C1 - fluent (i’m self-thought), Spanish fluent, German Intermediate with proficiency award, Portuguese native. At the research group, I’m actually an Scientific Initiate/Reasarch and Lab assistant
ECs: additions: 2 months, 5 hours/week in Capacitation Course in Laboratories - Awarded with certification by achieving grade above 92%; 2 month, 48h/week summer job with 1 best salesman award; 2 awards earned at real estate job - highest overall sales value in the month; Tutoring for 6 months, 2h/week and Class Assistant 2h/week for 6 months; 1 month of familiarization 7h/week period at a psychiatric hospital as a volunteer.
