Chances for Wesleyan EDI?

part-time job (retail) - 20+ hours/week for over 1 year
peer Latin tutor through National Honor Society
first chair alto saxophone in jazz, symphonic bands
pep band, marching band (seasonal)
occasionally I will write an article for the school newspaper, but I'm not on the staff: the faculty advisor comes to me if she needs something written. </p>

<p>My school sends only a few graduates to top schools each year. I expect great recommendations, and my essay will be the best part of my application.
And I'm going to try to raise my math score this fall... but I don't expect much...</p>

<p>you should apply. men enjoy a slight edge in LAC admissions, so maybe the low math score will not matter so much. But yea, try to bring it up.</p>

<p>Would my chances increase since I'm listing classics as my major? Would they decrease since I'm from Massachusetts?</p>
