Your GPA is good, but your extracurricular activities are very weak and you have not mentioned any SAT, ACT, AP etc exam results. Therefore, I think your chances will be low.

I am a transfer student, why would I mention SAT,ACT,AP courses?

If you try to transfer after your first year of college, then most universities may look at your high school statistics (GPA, SATs, class rank, etc…).

I am not transferring after my first year in college. I have over 60 units(About 67) transferable units. Most transfer students normally transfer after hitting 60 units.
