Chances ... hope

I need the blunt answer/truth. Can I get into these colleges:

Harvard
Princeton
Bowdoin
UCB
UCLA

Medical Magnet School

Hispanic Texas (San Antonio, if that helps) Male

96 GPA (weighted)

Rank Top 25%

30 ACT

Graduating with 10 APs

NHS (National Honor Society)
SHS (Spanish)
Mu Alpha Theta
Red Cross Club
Dance Club (Indian dance)

UIL - State Qualifier
Spelling

Medical Mentorship program

Science Research
Sci Fair 4th Grand Prize (Team)

I want to do History or Anthropology as a major

SAT scores ?

Bowdoin yes. H and P 50/50. UCB and UCLA don't count on, out of State is very hard and there are a lot of hispanics in CA.

These were just like realistic stats...would my chances be the same if I didnt' do Sci fair?

well i don't know what 30 on the ACT translates to on the SAT scale but it's high. you can probably get into ucla or cal if you have strong SAT II scores too cuz UC's require and put heavier weight on SAT II's

good luck, i am pulling for you, i got mediocre stats and applied to some tough schools, hopefully we'll get some good news come april and march 31sst

Your class rank hurts you.

Well, on the class rank...

There are only 200 students, and you have to have over a 98 to be in the top 10 percent (20 people). It is REALLY competitive, but I knew that going in there.
