Chances in USC, Cornell, Northwestern University....

Well, I think I should start off by saying that I'm Mexican and I live in Mexico. I used to live in Texas, but we had to move back to Mexico because of my dad's job (I'm not a resident of the U.S.) I did 9th grade in Texas and I'm finishing high school in Mexico (it's my second and last year in hs) There are really no clubs or any of that stuff here in Mexico which really sucks, but I did tech club, photography, yearbook, and journalism (design/layout, reporter, editor, and the editor in chief) in the 8th and 9th grade (does that help?) I'm also in a French (outside school) and I really like languages so I plan on taking chinese and german in the near future. I like sports like soccer and basketball but I'm not in a school team (there are none) but I play those sports a lot and cheerleading is also very appealing to me because I used to practice it. I do community service like go to the nursing home and I try to convince people around the school to go to orphanages, nursing homes, and places where we can help (because I think we can actually change the direction in which our world is heading if we help each other), but noone listens to me and nobody does anything. I play the guitar, violin, and drums. My clases are what you would call "advanced" since they are apparently harder and in english (I also took pre ap classes in the 9th grade but there are no ap or honors in this school) I am a visionary I guess, I want a chance the world, but I think I have a better chance in the U.S. Well, my grades are not very good but I wonder if I could get a chance in a school like USC by showing them that I really care for the world, the enviroment, and where we are heading.

Grades:
9th gpa(texas): 3.4
1st quarter (mexico): 3.52
2nd quarter(Mexico): 3.2
3rd quarter(Mexico): 3.6
4th - 6th quarter I haven't done, but I should finish with the 4th quarter by december so i'm planning on sending those grades as soon as i get them.

SAT: I will take it in october but I'm actually feeling pretty confident about it. Could that increase my chances of being accepted?

By the way, the reason my grades are kind of low is because high school has been a big struggle! I was told that we were moving to Mexico at the beginning of 9th grade, so I was busy doing other stuff. When I got to Mexico my problem was the spanish, because even though I'm Mexican, I didn't know how to write it. I also had trouble with big words and Mexican history. Depression also contributed to it and the way my parents changes ever since we moved here. My grades for math and computer science never went below a 90, is that good? I want to study computer engineering/computer science. I also have a 10 or 98 (U.S. GRADING SYSTEM) in physics.
Can you please be honest about my chances in any of the universities mentioned in the title? I really appreciate your help. Thank Youu! :DDDDD
