According to UW, E visa holders aren't considered international, is this true?</p>

<p>All As/Bs with an upward trend (4 Bs as freshman, 1 B as sophomore, 0 B as junior)
Took 2 APs (Stats-5 Cal BC-5) as a junior, and taking 5 more as senior, out of 8 offered at school. Including other courses, my entire course load is probably the most rigorous at my school in the past couple years, but my GPA only places me in the top 20% (decile) because of the Bs in freshman year.</p>

Listed 200+ hours at several well-accredited organizations with some utilizing bilingual skill, as well as clerical and administrative duties.</p>
