<p>Hey I really want to go to a UCSB but I doubt i'll make it
I have a 3.3gpa unweighted and about 3.7 weighted
I have taken honors since my freshmen year and my first ap class sophomore year
So far I've passed Ap US history with a 3
I have 5 college credits, I took a library research class at a Junior college during summer and am currently taking a speech class that is new at our school
(im hoping this will set me apart a bit)
uhhmm I also have 50+ community service . I'm in 4 clubs . secretary of Best buds club.
In varsity track for four years(captain 2 years), did volleyball for 3 years(captain 2 years), and one year cross country.
I've also taken an ROP internship at Sears so I have work experience
SAT 1540 I think. i'm retaking it though
Im Hispanic and intended major is English lit</p>
<p>Sorry, I don’t mean mean to be harsh, just realistic. I think your SAT scores and GPA are out of UCSB’s range (ave. admitted SAT score and GPA = 1915 and 4.01, respectively). Unless you are a supreme athlete looking to play for the NCAA or write killer essays, UCSB will be a reach for you. But I’m only one person. Take this with a grain of salt.</p>
