Chances into good schools?

My reach schools are Cornell, Dartmouth, and Wellesley. I know I'm not a strong applicant but I just need to know if I have any chance at all in applying to these schools.

Current GPA: 3.5
I didn't take SAT yet since I am a junior.

My school doesn't have honors or AP's. But in junior and senior year I'm taking HL biology and HL history, SL chemistry, SL math, and SL English and French. (I'm planning to take SL French in my senior year though).

My EC's shown by year in high school:

Sports
Fencing (9)
Cross Country (10-12)
Track (10-12)

Clubs
Global Connections (10)
Green Team (10-12)
Habitat for Humanity (11-12)
Circle of Life- charity for leukemia (11-12)

Other
A small scholarship for one year to a private high school (9)
National Youth Leadership Forum of Medicine (9)
Nepal orphanage volunteering. 15 hours. (10)
Habitat for Humanity Kenya volunteering. 30 hours. (11)
I am currently spending 3 years abroad as an expat in the Middle East. But I'm not exactly sure if this makes me an international student since I was born in the U.S, I have a U.S. passport and an address there.

I want to get into a good school but my application seems mediocre. What can I do to make myself stand out? I mean if it is not already too late which is what I feel. Do I only have a chance in some state schools?

Almost no chance if you are out of top 10% with 3.5GPA.

lol not everyone in my school gets 4.0’s. It’s definitely harder than the high school I went to in the States. And even with a 3.5, I only just finished my sophomore year so I have time to raise my GPA.
