Dartmouth or Cornell

Guys, first of all I'm not the type of person that is very good at everything but still worries more than anyone.

I have 3.5 gpa and 2200 sat scores average.
I have bronz duke of edinburgh certificate (it is like a proof of i have done sports voluntering and arts)
I participate in choir to raise money for people in need 2 times
Once I attended igef(something like European youth parlament)

So basicaly these are the only important things I have done in high school. I believe I will write a killer essay. But I don't think they will help me getting accepted.

There is no way I can study in USA without financial aid and only the best universities give financial aid I need to international students

This is my senior year but I will do my best to increase my chances if you recommend extracurrical activities or anything else.

I'm also open to new ideas

Unfortunately, I don’t think you have a very good chance at either one of those school. Both are top schools in the US, and incredibly selective. Your EC’s are not very strong. Hope this helps

If there’s anyway to raise your GPA do it! And do more ECs ^^
