Chances of Acceptance to MSOE

Hi, I am wondering what everyone thinks my chances are of being accepted to Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Highschool back ground
3.0 gpa average
16 composite ACT (Really just did not care for these standardized tests at the time)
My SAT was not much better, i don't have the score but it wont be anything impressive.

I have been enrolled at College of Lake County for 2 years now. MSOE does not require high school transcripts or standardized test scores after 24 college credits. Should i just submit my college transcripts??

College transcripts:
(I started from the basic math because i knew math built on top and wanted to have a solid base.)
First Semester
Math 101(Elementary): A--This course was a complete waste of my time and money. I could have consulted google if i ever forgot how to long divide.
Speech 121: A
Eng 121: B
Psychology 121: C

Second Semester
Anthropology 121: B
Sociology 121: C
Eng 122: A
Math 102 (algebra): A

Third Semester
Math 108 (intermediate algebra): A

Fourth Semester(Currently Enrolled)
Chemistry 121: B
Math 144 Precalculus B
Eng 120 (technical comp) A

I am going to be enrolled at CLC for another 2 semesters before leaving for anything.
I have been taking courses that will transfer to MSOE for their Biomedical Engineering degree. Let me know what everyone thinks.
Questions:
1.)Should i leave out all my past high school transcripts, standardized tests when applying to MSOE?
2.)Do i have a fighting chance of getting into this school with my current college transcript?
3.)Any recommendations are appreciated.
Thanks!
