Hi. I'd really appreciate it if someone could evaluate my information and give me an idea of my chances of acceptance at Haverford.

Nationality: Azorean/Portuguese

School: Small private "progressive" college prep school in Massachusetts with great academic and arts programs. Member of the Cum Laude Society, National Association of Independent Schools, an affiliate of the Coalition of Essential Schools, and accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.

Grades/Honors: 3.8 weighted GPA; High Honor Role grade 9, Honor Role grade 10, High Honor Role grade 12 (assuming grades stay the same, which I believe they will); no AP classes available at my school, but I have taken between 12-15 Advanced/Honors courses since my freshman year and received excellent grades in the majority of them; 620 critical reading, 650 mathematics, 770 writing, 9/12 essay, composite 2040; 620 spanish with listening SAT II, 650 mathematics level 1 SAT II; senior class vice president, inducted into Cum Laude Society senior year, jazz band grades 10-12 -- trumpet 10-12, bass guitar 11-12; recipient of SNEATH Scholarship Award (grade 11).

Additional Info: I'm being recruited by both the men's soccer coach and the men's squash coach. I've gone for a campus tour and met with the men's soccer coach, the men's squash coach, and several members of the soccer and squash squads. I'm a bit worried though because I was unable to get an interview. I was told by a Haverford student that interviews are important, as they boosts one's application significantly; however, he also said not haven't had an interview shouldn't look negatively upon my application.

I would really love to go to this school. The campus is gorgeous, the people there seem like the kind of people I tend to surround myself with, it is nationally renown for its excellent academics, and I feel I would be extremely happy living there for four years. If you read this and reply with what you think are my chances of acceptance, please be honest, and base your reply on my stats and not my desire to attend HC. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
