Chances of acceptance

I am getting a little nervous with acceptance because of my University of Maryland decision (accepted for spring semester; wait listed for fall)

SAT 1830
Math-660
Reading-560
Writing- 610

ACT 28

My GPA is a 3.8 unweighted and a 4.4 weighted

I am in two AP classes and also have an internship at a local hospital

Extracurriculars: National Honor Society, Relay for Life-committee, National English Honor Society, National Math Honor Society, and Steering Committee.

Also, I have a part time job all year around.

What are my chances of getting accepted to Clemson as an out of state student?

Don’t sweat it at all, Maryland is by far more selective than Clemson and growing increasingly harder to get into each year. Your SAT is in the middle 50% range, your ACT is in the middle 50% range.

What’s your class range? If you’re somewhere from at least 20-50% rank, then you should be golden

Its complicated when it comes to class rank because my school does it in weird ways. When you look at weighted its around 35/250 and unweighted 11/250.

cool, so that puts you in the top 20% of your school. Pending something that Clemson sees that I don’t see or a large applicant field this year, I’m pretty sure you should get in.
