Chances of Admission to Holy Cross

As a senior, I take two AP courses (Italian and Econ) and the rest of my courses are honors. I have a 4.0 GPA, and I am in National Honor Society, Math Honor Society and Italian Honor Society. My resume is also extensive, for I have invested around 100 hours into my community, and I am a board member at a non- profit organization in my town. I’m not sure if it really matters, but I have also received solid letters of recommendations from alumni of West Point and NYU. I attend a recognized prep school in New Jersey as well.

Thank You for your feedback!

I would say your chances are good

Are you not submitting scores? If so, you need to show a lot of rigor. Do you have 2 APs total, or 2 in sr yr and a bunch earlier? How does your gpa compare to others in your school?

I have 2 AP classes in my senior year, and I will not be submitting SAT or ACT. Compared to others in my school, my GPA is competitive, as I am top 10%-15% max in my class.

I think your chances are iffy. For selective schools that are test optional (HC, Wake, Bowdoin etc) you really need your transcript to stand out. Having no APs until sr yr could be a red flag.
Your ecs seem slight as well - you should try to show some leadership roles.

For leadership roles, I am the president of a club at my school, and I am also a part of a club called SHEID. SHEILD is the “leadership” club of the school.
