<p>I applied early decision to Macaulay Honors at Baruch; I felt confident at first, but now I'm getting told very different stories and wavering a bit.</p>
<p>I'm Hispanic / African American, my SAT combined is not that high (1130), but my GPA is 97, I'm ranked 2nd in my class of 168, I'm the Historian of my school's National Honor Society and a member of the Spanish Honor Society, I've taken 4 AP classes (one AP test so far and I got a 4), My SAT II scores are 760 in US History and 630 in Chemistry, volunteered and worked as a tutor, I'm a member of 2 clubs, and I sent 3 letters of recommendation. I think my essays were good.</p>
<p>I know it's very hard to get into such a great program, I was hoping my GPA and the fact that I applied early would increase my chances of getting in. Thanks in advance.</p>
