So, I REALLY messed up in high school. Usually when people on this forum say that, they have a 2.4 GPA or something like that. Mine's lower than that. I'm a high school senior but I messed up my freshman, sophomore and junior years badly. D's and F's, with a few C's. I am going to do my best my senior year and get A's and B's. Is it too late though? I'm going to make up my credits with summer school, night school/adult education classes, and a credit recovery alternative school (which I will transfer to next semester.) I might have to be a super senior. I want to get a criminal justice degree in college, and I have narrowed it down to four Michigan universities:

Saginaw Valley State University
Eastern Michigan University
Western Michigan University
Oakland University

Do I have a chance with these universities or will I have to first go to a community college? I really want to go straight to one of these universities, not CC, but I'm sure chances of that happening are slim to none. All of these universities have an acceptance rate of 80% or more, and my ACT score is 19. Please answer my questions.
