Chances of getting Financial Aid

Hi everyone, this is my first post in College Confidential.
I am from Venezuela and I want to go to college in the US, the problem is that I would need a lot of Financial Aid because my parents can't pay much. I am currently on 10th grade (we just have 11 grades here) so I would like you to tell me some ways to improve my chances.

Firs of all, I want to study Computer Science.

GPA: 19.64/20 -> 3.928/4
Rank: 3/31 (we have two sections of 10th grade, united it would be 3/62)
SAT: I have not taken it yet, but in the practice tests these were my scores:
1690 CR 530 M 700 W 460
1760 CR 520 M 650 W 590 (I forgot my calculator and that's why I scored less in math)
I'm currently practicing CR and I want to reach at least 1800.

Extracurriculars:
I will do communitary service on 11th grade
I will do a thesis on 11th grade.
I practice basketball (but I think I'm not good enough to base my application on this)
I have attended the Regional Math Olympiads since I was 9 yrs old (2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 3 bronze medals).
I have attended the National Math Olympiads twice (you attend if you get a gold medal on the Regional Olympiads), those two times I got honorable mention.
I am part of the student council and the security council of my school.

I'm asking this right now because I will take the SAT on January and you get 4 free score recipients and another costs $11.25 so I don't want to be wrong with my score recipients.

I want colleges that could give a good financial aid.

First, it’s too early to give you a guess
Second. we can’t give you chance if you don’t have a real score.

However, 1800 is way too low. If you manage to pull it at ,least over 2100, you may have some decent chance for top top tier schools. Focus on math activities, and try to get in national/international level if possible.

Also, I recommend against sending scores when you don’t know what your scores are…just send it after you get the results

You could send your scores to colleges that have some financial aid for internationals or where your parents could pay without financial aid. What’s your budget?

If you’re performing quite well on math Olympiads, it should be easy for you to get a 750+ score in the SAT math section
