<p>Long story short I had severe IBS, high anxiety and minor depression in winter 2009-around summer 2010 and in winter 2009 I quit my science classes mid semester as I couldn't take it anymore and as a result the marks are around 35-40.</p>
<p>Fast forward to after summer 2010 I get better and take those courses again and get over 85 on them. I also have a letter from 2 teachers recommending me (including one from the semester I left) and also a doctor's note.</p>
<p>What are my chances of getting into engineering, if I am way qualified without these 3 courses taken into account and qualified overall but unqualified for my prerequisites by a small margin? </p>
<p>By the way that's my last semester in CEGEP and I want to get in January (mining eng or EE).</p>
