Chances of Getting into an Ivy League Grad. School

I am currently a Sophomore attending Georgetown University majoring in English and Psychology. I have a 4.0 GPA in English, a 3.54 GPA in Psychology and an overall GPA of a 3.773 with all my course work. I was wondering how likely it would be for me to get into an Ivy League Grad. School. I am aiming to get my GPA to a 3.9 by the time I graduate from Georgetown to achieve Suma cumlade (highest honors). Along with academics, I am ranked in the top 20% percent of my class, and I am in various organizations such as the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Breast Cancer Outreach Organization (2 years), Relay for Life Team Captain (2 years), Georgetown Program Board (2 years), and I volunteer in a low-income community twice a week to tutor young children in reading.

In regards to what I want to get my masters in, I am uncertain yet; however, I am aspiring to work in the Education field, either as a High School Teacher, a Guidance Counselor or a University Professor. If anyone can give me an educated guess of how likely I will get into an Ivy League University - I am leaning towards Columbia, Yale and Cornell.

If you do well on the GREs you will have no problems getting into an ivy league school

I have taken a practice GRE; I managed to get the following scores:

Q: 600
V: 550
Written Portion: 5

However, the program I am apply to does not require the GRE.
