Chances of getting into Environmental/Civil Engineering at University of Texas Austin?

Class Rank: 131/840 (very competitive school :/)
ACT Score: 32 (33 English, 33 Math, 30 Reading, 30 Science)
SAT Score: 1450 (740 Math, 710 English 21/24 Essay)
Environmental Science AP: 5
Weighted GPA: 4.36/5.0
Unweighted GPA: 3.6/4.0
(My senior year I am planning on taking AB Calculus and AP Biology)

Extra Curricular:

State Champion in Taekwondo in 2017
Over 70 hours of community service since 2014
Part of my schools Interact, and FBLA club
Job teaching young kids Taekwondo at my local dojo

UT will be a reach because you are not in the top 7%. They have about 150 students in this field each year and you will be competing for about 15% of the slots. They offer to about double the amount that gets accepted, so that would be 50 offers. Your scores look good. Your ECs are not engineering related but the fact that you are a state champion helps. Make sure your essays are good and maybe reflect why you want to go into this field. Also, make sure you apply to other schools that are more of a safety.
