<p>My math is low and they require 500, but can I get in through the CARE program? I applied and the day after it said that they suggest I retake SAT for higher scores. Please help, i'm so desperate to get in to FSU</p>
<p>Honestly, I don’t believe you have the stats to make it into FSU. It is very competitive.</p>

<p>If they told you after you applied to raise your SAT score, I think that’s a pretty good sign that they wouldn’t accept you, to be honest.</p>
<p>They cannot accept you if any of your scores are below the minimum. I had one D with a 490 in Math and she spoke to the head of admissions. No go. Sorry.</p>
<p>I don’t know. The admissions officer mentioned that even kids that don’t meet the 500 requirement can still get in. She said it wasn’t a set in stone requirement and it’s something legacy can easily outweigh. She said this yesterday. (I don’t understand why she told me, I think it was a rant…sort of. I had an 1890.)</p>
