Chances of getting into Harvard?

Hi guys, I just saw my March SAT scores on Naviance and now I'm freaking out. I wanted to get 2300+, but I screwed up the math somehow, and now I'm really worried.

SAT score: 2260 (750 CR, 710 M, 800 W)--which is messed up since my PSAT scores are like the complete opposite (79 on math and 68 on writing). Would you recommend me to take the SAT again???
SAT II: I've only taken one so far, and it's a 780 on the Biology M, planning on taking Math II and Chemistry in June, should get 780 or higher (or who knows since i messed up on math)
I got a 5 on AP Bio Exam last year (junior btw), currently taking APChem and APStat, taking 7 APs next year
4.0 gpa unweighted, 4.6 weighted out of 4.6

Extracurriculars are okay so far: five leadership positions (four service clubs and yearbook), varsity tennis and track, lots and lots of community service (250+ hours a year), violin and chinese outside of school

I have like zero awards though, which is what I'm worried about. I have a bunch of school awards, and I have a regional Biology award. I am getting my silver Congressional award this year, and I placed 6th and 7th in the regional science olympiad and got like an honorable mention for the National French exam.
Last year I was an intern at a research lab at a local college and this year I'm going to governor's school.

I'm an Asian female though, so I feel like they expect my math score to be top notch. Also, does anyone have any tips for stuff I could do to make my application stand out??

oh yeah, and I'm a legacy, but I heard it doesn't help that much for applications. Do you guys know how legacies work?

If this is the first time you’ve ever taken the SAT I, then it might be worth a retake. Otherwise 2260 isn’t going to hold you back, even at Harvard. Focus on maintaining your grades and try to excel as much as possible in your activities.

You provide your parents’ educational background on the Common App; if one of them went to Harvard College (not a grad or professional school at Harvard), then you are a legacy. According to the admissions office it’s the slightest of nudges, but of course nobody can tell you exactly how much it matters.

Does it count as a legacy if a sibling went to Harvard? Is that going to be regarded as any different from a parent being a legacy?

Siblings are not usually considered legacy.

Your post is full of numbers but doesn’t make clear why (very specifically) you are interested in Harvard College, or why they should be interested in you. That you are “freaking out” is not a good sign; that shows that you are more interested in a fairly unlikely future than your current life and projects. I wish you the best and suggest thinking more creatively about your college plans.

You’re fine. Stop worrying so much. My test scores were lower and I got accepted early #classof2018
