Whoops completely wrong thread…

Could anyone help me on these questions?
- Does IMSA not consider SAT writing score or is it CR and writing combined? They only mention about CR and Math scores.
- If ACT score is used for the application, what are the average or cutoff breakdowns of each subject score?
- How long the SAT scores are valid for the application?
- What are the chances for an applicant with decent(good) GPA and SAT/ACT test score but no other attractive activity or award?

@xxxxxxxxxxx I’m assuming the 1800 sat includes the writing, but why are you including the writing? They do not look at the writing part of the sat.

Ok, so I’ve been looking into applying for IMSA fro well over a year now, but have only JUST convinced my parents to let me apply and I’m really nervous about well, EVERYTHING. I’ve been scrolling through this form basically nodding my head a going “Oh yeah, so not getting in now, yep.” But I was really just wondering… who else is taking the SAT in January? I’m also really worried about deadlines and what not, so anyone with words of advice would be my hero right now.

Hey I’m an 8th grader applying and I’m freaking out. I am taking the sat in January. I hope I get in. My name is Akash. It’s funny cause yoloswaglord’s name is aAkash and I am yoloswagmaster and my name is akash
Lol. My name is also Akash and my nickname is yoloswag master and urs is yoloswaglord
I got an email asking me my final scores submitted. My scores were awful the first time (it was my first time taking the SAT). Then I received a 670~ on math and 590~ on reading. Just if any were wondering about that…
@Farriswheelz
Do you think I can make it to IMSA with a lower SAT reading score? Between 510-540
Have a similar math score to you too…
Am a 9th grader
I don’t mean to be rude but it’s highly unlikely.
How did I do? I got an 800 in math and 670 in critical reading with a 4.0 gpa? What are my chances
What is IMSA?
Did any of you guys get into IMSA
I am currently applying for IMSA 2017 registration, I have all ok-ok grades, and in no honors classes. But, my teacher evaluations are good, and I got a 1300+/1600 on the new SAT. In addition, my essays were outstanding, as read by a college essay editor (my neighbor). So do I have a chance at all? No chance?
