Chances of getting into Michigan????

I'm a senior in Arlington, Texas. Have a 3.72 GPA, rigor of classes has been good (as in, they weren't cupcake classes), no honors or AP though. Will have ACT scores soon, but expect high 20's, like 26-29 (maybe a 30, lol.) Not too many clubs, but will have internship with either Dallas Cowboys or Texas Rangers for whole year. Will be doing a paid-employee's work for no money, just experience! Was a sports manager/camera crew in Junior High and first 2 years of high school. Got a letterman for it too, if that counts for anything....lol. Active youth member, play drums on worship team, and a youth leader.

Western Michigan would be a nice 2nd choice, but getting into Michigan would be a dream come true, i've been a fan my whole life. I have heard that Michigan likes to take a broad spectrum of students too (i.e. ones with not the best GPA and test scores), and they really like diversity. Anybody that got accepted like this, any kind of info would be appreciated!

Of course, I am out-of-state, and it will cost a fortune. I really don't qualify for need-based aid (middle-class white), so how should i go about scholarships or aid??? I was hoping maybe if you could be a trainer or equipment men for the teams and get scholarships that way, if you work for them unpaid???

Any info appreciated!!!! Thanks

I don’t know if you can get in from OOS with those stats.

That should tell you what you need to know about Michigan’s admissions.
