<p>I just put down my deposit and requested to be in Discover House SLO - in Beaver Hall in Pollack. Anyone have any idea on how quickly these spots fill up and what my chances are of getting this request? Anyone have any experience with Discover House? It looks really great for people that havent decided on a major yet. I put South or Pollack double as a backup in case. </p>
<p>Also ... when I selected South it offered me a 4 person suite type of room. Do thet really put freshmen in suites in South? Would this be with other freshmen or upperclassmen?</p>

<p>You should be in good shape at this point. The people who have problems with their housing choices tend to be those who are waiting to hear back from private colleges that don’t send out letters until spring.</p>
<p>Thanks 1moremom… I’m thinking my odds are pretty good at this point. I keep reminding myself that it’s still fairly early in the process with lots of people still waiting to hear from lots of other schools :)</p>
<p>I decided to apply to Penn State due to Discover House. I was accepted for summer for UP and am undecided. I won’t be putting a deposit down until later so I hope that there is a way to get in later.</p>
