Chances of Getting into Stanford?

Hi,
This is my first post on this site, just wanted to get some info that may be out there on the interwebs- I'll try to keep the descriptions as condensed as possible.

I am currently a HS junior at a selective College Preparatory high school in San Francisco. The following is essentially my resume thus far in HS. I am also half Latino, or of Hispanic descent for future knowledge

(All grades are Unweighted)
-Freshman Year:
All regular/no honors classes- all A's/B's- 3.2 GPA
-Soph Year:
All regular classes again- 3.5 GPA
-Junior Year:
So far, all A's/ high B's along with 2 AP courses, English and History. Trying to show that "upward trend" that colleges apparently like.
-PSAT estimates around a 2100-2150 score on the SAT, need to study a bit more for that
-No ACT testing thus far

Extracurriculars:
-Co-President, Immigration Awareness (Future president or co-president next year as well)
-Junior Leadership, Service Club
-Junior Leadership, Association of Latino-American Students (ALAS)
-Speech and Debate (Possible leader next year)
-Swim Team- 2x JV, 2x Varsity by the time I graduate
-Water Polo- 1x Freshman, 1x JV, 1x Varsity
-200+ Hours community service with Abilities United, teaching disabled children to swim
-Lifeguard/CPR certified

Extra Info:
-I am half Latino (Hispanic Discent) and half... Idk, Californian? (anyways, European)
-I am a double legacy at Stanford (Both parents attended)
-I grew up around Stanford and am really passionate about Cardinal events and whatnot
-I am looking into a major as a lawyer (Immigration law) or as a premed.

That wraps it up- please let me know if you might have any insights, reactions, or recommendations.
Thanks for reading!
-James

Double legacy will help a lot, as will being of Hispanic descent. SAT should be at least 2200, preferably 2300+. ECs are decent, but not spectacular. GPA is gonna hurt you a bit, work as hard as you can to raise that, steep upward trend is preferable as well as taking the most rigorous schedule you can. Be sure to apply Early, and you might have something there… Any other awards/accomplishments? In sports, etc? I only say that because a friend of mine got into Stanford SCEA with a 2380, 4.56 GPA, sister attending, and was a fairly accomplished swimmer (several sectional cuts) as well as water polo.

PS: Bay Area Water Polo FTW! Maybe our schools can arrange a scrimmage…

ECs and GPA are making your file a reach.

Nice user name :p

But I agree with Catria above. Try to take as many APs/Honors as possible before you apply so your GPA can get one last boost.

Catria, his ECs and GPA makes him a reach? But not his 2100 estimated SAT? So basically everything is making him a reach, then. Just curious why you didn’t mention his standardized testing.
