Chances of getting into these college with poor 10th grade marks? Please?

Hi, so I had a hard time in 10th grade, with two D's in algebra 2 and Honors Chemistry. I was experiencing severe depression and an anxiety disorder partly due to the death of my grandmother, who I had lived with all of my life, which greatly affected the subjects I already had a hard time with. After that year, I strived to exercise more and become in a better place mentally, which is what I did.

In 11th grade, I got A's and B's and took AP US history and Honors English and passed APUSH with a 4. I also took statistics, which I passed with an A. In 12th grade, I took AP English, AP Government, and Honors Political Theory, passed my AP tests, and got straight A's throughout the entire year. I also took physiology, which I passed with an A.

My 12th grade year, I graduated with a 4.5, but my overall GPA is 3.47 but 3.65 weighted. I graduated in the top 25% of my class. My SAT scores are 1610.

I'm hoping that schools will appreciate how much I've improved. Will they?

My extra curricular activities are 4H, Build-On, and am currently taking a gap year (for mostly mental health reasons), where I am volunteering four days a week at an inner city school helping kids who are below reading level and giving them one-on-one attention.

I went to public school all my life and am half latina (my mom grew up in an orphanage in South America) and my father is half black and half white. We are currently making less than 20,000 a year and have been for two years since my father's been unemployed. My mom is a preschool teacher.

I am going to apply to Sweet Briar, Meredith College, Mills College, Holy Names University, Saint's Mary's college of California, and Chatham College. Is it possible to get into any of these with my bad 10th grade year?

Signal boost because I’m sort of freaking out here, so any advice/anything would be so appreciated.
