Chances of Getting into UGA as a Homeschool Student

Hello. I was curious as to what my chances would be for getting into UGA for the 2019 fall semester regular decision.

My stats:

Unweighted GPA: 4.0

Weighted GPA: 4.3 but will be around a 4.4 at the end of this semester.

School: I’ve been homeschooled my entire life; I’m unsure if this will effect my chances, but I have heard admissions can make it more difficult, although I’m unsure whether that’s true.

ACT: My current ACT score is a 27 with a 22 in math, 27 in science, 29 in English, and a 31 in reading. I took this in April with a small amount of preparation (about two weeks). I am going to be retaking it next month and expect a higher math score since I have since taken college algebra and some of a college precalculus class. I have heard that UGA super scores as well.

AP/IB/Dual Enrollment Classes: Since I’m homeschooled, I was unable to take any AP or IB classes, but I have taken seven dual enrollment courses (nine by the end of the semester) and have received an A in each. I have also taken/am taking college-level courses at home, which on my transcript count as honors classes.

Extracurricular: I have been a part of a local historic preservation board since freshmen year; I was a small-business owner during my freshmen and sophomore years; placed first regionally at National History Day my freshmen year; Beta Club since junior year; Youth Leadership program in my junior year; 4-H Consumer Judging in my freshmen and sophomore years; and currently (senior year) I am in a homeschool Honors Society.

Leadership: During my junior year I was vice-president of the historic preservation board I mentioned earlier and the secretary of Beta Club. This year (senior year) I am president of the historic preservation board as well as for the Beta Club.

Volunteering: I have volunteered at a local orginization that builds beds for those that don’t have one, the Ronald McDonald House, volunteering through the Youth Leadership, preserving a local cemetery, helping my parents with recuing/fostering pets (primarily dogs), and in my freshmen year I was a volunteer assistant basketball coach for elementary school girls.

Personal Information: I have lived in GA my entire life, so I would obviously be enrolling as an in-state student. Both of my parents recieved bachelors degrees and my mom, as well as both of her siblings, attended UGA. My nationality is white, although my grandma is originally from South America. My gender is female.

Please let me know if you need any other information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
