By the way , I took a course on EdX Statistics, which shows that I have intellectual curiousity right? That would help my chances?

Your scores are great, and you have some great ec’s. I think you’ve got a good shot, but make sure you have some safeties to fall back on.

Bumpbumpbump

So is it safe to say that I’ll probably get into UPenn CAS ED? After going through some decisions thread, I see that most people who get into Upenn are less qualified than me for the most part.

I would guess that you’ll be accepted, but no one can really declare it “safe to say.”

I got a 2310 SAT now, with 750 CR and 760 W.

Did you apply ED? How did it work out?

@Phoneix55555,
Did you get in (assuming you applied ED)?

@ Phoenix There are about 40,000 applicants for a very limited number of seats. Naturally many highly qualified applicants like you would get cut for random reasons, maybe the schools need to fill a certain quota etc

Though this seems crushingly disappointing at first, remember you will enjoy college and be successful wherever you go. It’s their loss not yours. there are still many other great choices out there for you and places where you will probably have more opportunities because you wont be in a cut throat competition for everything.

Btw, will, an out of school suspension for insubordination affect my chances much? I just got this last week. Basically, what happened was there was a lockout first period, and I was late that day. I tried to skip the lockout, but then I got caught, so thats what happened.

Any comments on this? ^

Anyone PLSSSS?!??!!?!?!

Wait you got rejected from UPenn? Why are you still asking if an ISS will affect your chances? and LOL what did people say at your school when they found out that the valedictorian-to-be was given an ISS?
