<p>it isn’t clear what the outcome of your situation was? if you were arrested, did the police make any statement to you about what would happen next? you might want to get free legal advice from an attorney as to what is legally recommended and what your options are. then you can plan accordingly…</p>
<p>I would never steal from another student/ friend/ acquaintance, anyone. I’ve had things stolen from me before and I know the pain that comes with it. I only stole from the stores because they had them in bulk and I’m somewhat against the manufacturing system. However, those are not excuses, I really don’t have any excuse because I know it was wrong so I’m not trying to defend myself or anything.</p>
<p>I suppose at this point I am just going to focus on keeping my grades up so if colleges do find out they wont have another reason to rescind me. Sucks being a second semester senior…</p>
<p>No I’m not sure of anything right now. I was placed under citizens arrest because I’m still 17. The police man didn’t ask me any questions just read me my rights. He said he didn’t need to know anything other than my name DOB etc…and that he wasn’t going to tell my high school. I plan on getting legal advise soon, esp. when I know more.</p>
