Chances of going from NYU-Poly to NYU CAS?

<p>Pretty self explanatory title. I feel that being in Brooklyn is extremely...lacking the "insideness" that NYU Washington Square has. </p>

<p>In general, is it easy to get from Poly into CAS? I'm a freshman going into sophomore (Fall 2011), so I want to get in as soon as possible. What are the transfer rates anyway?</p>

<p>To be honest, I would just call NYU WSQ admissions and straight-up ask them what it would take for you to transfer in. I feel like I am the only NYU transfer on this board and I have NO CLUE what the transfer rates are for Poly –> CAS. I also don’t know if this would count as an internal or external transfer.</p>

<p>My friend got in his junior year as a transfer from Poly; although, he decided not to attend because he received no financial aid.</p>

<p>Poly is going to be consolidated apparently, so you could just wait then apply for a major change or something lol</p>
