Internal</a> Transfers</p>

<p>the above link does not mention anything about CAS but it should be possible right? only reason I am asking is because I need to explore my options and flexibility with NYU.</p>

<p>I wish to do premed and such but I haven't done so well in high school cause of personal issues with the school but I have a lot of potential (2230 SAT score but very low gpa). If things had worked out, my top choice CAS would have been reachable and also NYU-poly is more of a computerscience/eng school.
Also, what are the benefits of Internal Transfer than a regular transfer?</p>

<p>Poly and NYU are really two different schools. If you’re looking to go to CAS, I wouldn’t recommend applying to Poly as a “back door” into CAS. It’s harder to transfer into NYU than to get in as a freshmen. It’s harder to internally transfer than it is to transfer from outside NYU.</p>
