Hey, I know you guys are probably sick of these posts, but having some answers to this question will help me sleep at night..

I applied with a 3.2 GPA as a Sociology major and I will have a 3.4 by the end of my spring semester.

I applied to all the UC's except for LA and Berkeley, and I mainly want to attend UCI.

I've completed mostly all the requirements such as IGETC, all except for one class on assist.org, however, I don't have any TAGS with any school.

My transcripts show a LOT of improvement. I started out having only B's and C's in the beginning of my first year and gradually moved to only A's. The reason why my GPA is so low is due to personal issues I had when I started college, which I explained in the third essay on my application. They're very legitimate reasons and I really do hope that applicant reviewers will look into it.

My essays, I believe, are pretty well written. I had a couple people review and help with my essays, so I'm pretty sure that they'll be substantial.

I have failed a class, but I made it up with a better grade. Also, the class that I failed isn't relevant with my major (doesn't show up on assist.org as a soc requirement), but rather an experimental class I took due to random selection.

I have 2 W's.

So, what do you think, guys? Do they look at improvement? Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks.
