According to the UCLA site, all of the following prereqs MUST BE COMPLETED by Spring:

one course in introduction to sociology
one course in statistics
one course in finite mathematics or calculus

I dunno how many pre-reqs there are, but try to have these three courses completed.
Now assuming you have these completed, let me analyze the chance.
GPA: 3.95 out of 64 units.
Considering the fact that UCLA had 3.49 of average admit GPA, you are in WAY WAY WAY high end of the scale.

Major: Sociology.
Although impacted, the actual GPA is not really high. As I mentioned above, the average GPA for the admitted student last year was a 3.49. With your GPA, it'll be a piece of cake.
Pre-reqs: 3/5.
I hope those three you completed are the ones I mentioned above ;)

Igetc: done.
Good.

Essay: mediocre.
With high stat like yours, your essay won't factor terribly much into your admission. As long as you have the right length and didn't totally BS your essay, this won't be any problem.

EC's- I work in a school 25-30 hrs. a week, volunteered for a bunch of activates. Overall, my EC's are just ok.
It's my third year and my courses haven't been all that challenging.
Believe it or not, employment is among the best ECs you can ever have. It shows that you have a sense of responsibility and knows how to manage your time between school and work. Plus you have volunteering. Trust me, you have an excellent EC. Again, a boosting factor to your admission.

Overall, you have an excellent chance to All of the UCs. just relax and wait for the acceptance letter on May.

Good Luck :)
