Chances of NCSSM

Hey guys, I am a sophomore currently heavily interested in NCSSM.
Here is my resume.
Last year (Bad GPA, I know):
Honors English I: 91/B
Honors World History: 92/B
Honors Earth/Environmental: 91/B
Honors Common Core Math III/Algebra II: 90/B
Latin I: 96/A
Symphonic Orchestra (Honors): 99/A
PE: 97/A
Computer Programming I: 95/A

This Year (I have straight A's so far and plan to keep that):
Honors English II
Honors Precalculus
Honors Biology
Honors Civics and Economics
Principles of Biomedical Science (Honors)
Introduction to Engineering Design (6 quality points, like AP)
Latin II
Symphonic Orchestra

Total Unweighted GPA (including this year):3.75
Weighted: 4.51

Apart from that, last year I am a Presidential Volunteer Service Award Gold Medalist, Started a Web Design and App-Building company, and made quite a few apps and websites, check them out at http://github.com/hackgicianapps and my company website (I'm CEO and employ about 4 other people) at http://hackgician.net. I am majorly into technology, science and math. Not only am I in a math class two grades above my standard, I am also taking STEM classes. On my SAT's at home I get about 1900 on average, but when I take it in November, I hope to get a 2100 or so. I really really wanna get into NCSSM, but I'm from CD9, one of the most competitive CD's there is in NC... What are my chances? Be brutally honest; I don't think they're too high myself, and I just want to know what to expect.

I am also a Life level Boy Scout hoping to get Eagle by Summer

GPA Hurts a lot especially considering the lack of AP courses. Your EC’s may help make up for the difference but CD9 is a tough one. An SAT score of at least 2150 is a good number.

does ap/IB classes raise your gpa? or give you more credit than regular classes?

Im also trying to get into ncssm next year!
