Definitely consider USA as mentioned above. Very good for pre-professionals in health careers.

Getting into PA schools is highly competitive and often requires that you have 2000-5000 HANDS ON patient clinical experience…so start working on that as soon as you leave high school. You’ll be competing with all the applicants who are former paramedics or military medics who have a gazillion hands-on hours…so you’ll need to impress.
