Chances of transferring into BU or Georgetown

<p>I'm on my second year at a community college with a 3.91 GPA, with intent to major in Finance and Econ.
Active member of LULAC and the Mock Trial Team.
Taken hard class work, 200's econ and accounting and standard basics.
High school GPA wasn't too great, it was a 3.0
I' a Hispanic male, I never took the SAT or ACT.
I've already been accepted into SMU, but I'm interested in applying to BU or Georgetown.
What do you think my chances are?</p>

<p>I’ve heard that the most influential part of a transfer application is the essay, so a stellar essay will do it.</p>

<p>The fact that you’re Hispanic will help but I agree, you will need a great essay considering how low your high school gpa was.</p>
