PS How do I find my posts again after I post them? is there a tool? I will just search through log to find this one again.

Your ECs are kinda generic, so that might end up hurting your chances a bit.
Harvard: reach
Penn: low reach
Williams: high match/low reach

for the top tier schools, it’s very hard to say

none of the schools you have listed are out of the question, that’s for sure

solid chance at williams, good chance at penn, decent chance at harvard

Great GPA and SAT. I agree with scderek4, your ECs are not uncommon for the schools you’re applying to. Also, I don’t think you have much of a story, and colleges like to know what kind of diversity (not just racial, also in your interests) you’d bring to their school.
Harvard: reach
UPenn: low reach to reach
Williams: reach

well I knit, I like archery, I row, I am a carpenter, and I am very involved with my church.

Harvard: reach obviously but for you still very reach
UPenn: average reach
Williams: low reach but possibly high match

For you it depends on essays
Or if you improve a lot on the SAT that couldn’t hurt either
