Your GPA could be a tad higher, but if they are honors/AP courses in your area of focus that will help. The ACT is sufficient but not a substitute for SATs/SATIIs; the minimum score necessary is on the admissions website. Grade 12 grades count for a lot. Good luck.

try to improve ur Grade 12 GPA, thaz the most important thing. For us Canadians, they only look at the grade twelve courses, dunno about you guys...but I think it should be pretty much the same.

The ACT is a substitute for the SAT/SAT II's. McGill requires either the ACT or SAT's. The 29 on the ACT is okay, but I would recommend retaking it. If your learning style is more "abstract" consider taking the SAT's. The ACT is more directly knowledge based, thus it stands in for the SAT II's.

i already took the SAT and got an 1800 (also just took it saturday)
but basically i hate SAT because its more critical thinking, rather than straightforward answering questions

no, i know i will have to think critically,
its just the sat tries to trick you in most things (mostly math)
and also, i hate the CR section mainly, because it always asks for stupid inferences that are totally pointless. Or at least ive never had questions asked on school homework readings that pertained to such pointless information.
I comprehend the passages, but i just dont always catch all the subtle tones of humor or disgust.
And, Chrisiskey, I have a 29 ACT, and it is only going to go up.
Im not going to send SAT scores, only ACT scores, and by the time I apply, i should have a 32ish at least
