I am looking to major in Political Science, and most of my ECs are related to either Politics or International relations. I've lived in many states/countries, and have studied Spanish, Japanese and Korean. Anyways I have my college conference soon but just seeing how you guys would chance me.

I'm no expert, first of all, as a disclaimer of any possible bad advice*

I'd say you have a very themed ECs passion about politics and you obviously commit. Retaking your ACTs and getting 32+, I would think that you'd have a slight reach-->reach at most of the schools, what with the GPA. If your GPA is below 3.75, most selective schools only accept around 20% of those applicants, as I've read through several college profiles.

At this point, however, your ACT scores and GPA aren't looking so good.
I won't say "reach/match/slight match" or w/e on them because I honestly can't give you professional advice. :)

I most likely won't send my ACT score. And without Freshman year I actually have more of a 3.66 unweighted, 3.8 weighted.

Naturally I am guessing these are all reaches and will go ED to one of them. I'm looking at a couple of safeties and more likely schools as well but figuired I wouldn't list those.

Being from Hawaii may work to your advantage. Every school loves to claim how it has kids from all 50 states. Hawaii is a tougher state to find applicants from, so you may get lucky.

Geographic diversity is important to a lot of private colleges. You'll get into at least one. I wouldn't be surprised if you got into most of them.
