I can really only speak to your reaches, don't know much about the others. I'm not gonna lie, your chances are very slim at stanford; a prayer really. CMU and Cornell will be tough too, but not unfathomable. You WILL need to sell yourself by taking one or two of your ECs, perhaps environmental club and demonstrate true passion and commitment and maybe how it's changed your life. If you want hard numbers, my guess for those 3 would be 5% at stanford, 25% at CMU and cornell.</p>
